Responsibilities ♥

  • Reviewing and posting of supplier invoices
  • Set up payments to ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers & vendors, and record JE
  • Update weekly cash flow projections based on upcoming sales and supplier payment schedules
  • Monthly cash reconciliation of CC receipts and PayPal statements to sales system; perform bank reconciliations
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Assist in the creation and documentation of internal processes and controls
  • Matching and reviewing of customer payments and invoicing
  • Calculate monthly VAT
  • Preparing annual tax preparation Identify, research, and analyze accounting and tax issues and questions

 

 
Skills/Requirements

Profile ♥

  • Seasoned accountant with 5+ years of experience in the internal accounting/finance function of a growth company
  • Degree in accounting, business or finance
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills (vlookups, sum-ifs, pivot tables, logic formulas, etc.)
  • English and German communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good understanding of HGB and Tax Law
  • Experienced in 10nit and/or other professional accounting software
