Technical Recruitment experience for 0-2 years .
Good knowledge of technologies .
Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) .
Efficiency in managing tasks involved hiring key talents including sourcing,
screening, short-listing the candidates, scheduling/conducting interviews and
negotiating salaries.
Experience with End-End recruitment life cycle .
Ability to relate to people across all hierarchical levels in the organization.
Ability to Coordinate with team members and manager in order to ensure smooth processing of interviews and fulfillment of hiring targets and deadlines.
Education, Training and Minimum Qualifications
The candidate should be graduate (B Tech / BE / MBA -HR preferable)
