JOB DESCRIPTION:

Store Support Team Members work in Eau Claire, WI while remotely assisting Guests and Menards stores across the Midwest. Communication between phone and email are fundamental aspects of this position.

• Provide EXCEPTIONAL Guest service that is quick, friendly and accurate

• Basic computer skills are needed. The ability to use Microsoft Applications is helpful.
