Administrative Support Coordinator

Central Research – New Mexico

Now seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator for contract work in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

 

Administrative Support Coordinator  – Must be able to obtain Q clearance

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional administrative support skills such as the ability to anticipate team and client needs, organize large volumes of information and develop processes
  • Knowledge of FOIAXpress
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Department of Energy experience
  • Knowledge  of the Freedom of Information Act
  • Previous document review support for a government agency or law firm

 

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the project manager, analysts, document review staff and client  
  • Work independently and within the team on projects that may include scheduling meetings, taking minutes and disseminating information
  • Interact with internal staff and client
  • Develop and edit correspondence, reports and other project documentation
  • Perform general office work
