As a Facilities Specialist for Sunquest, you will coordinate and perform activities related to facilities management including maintenance and set-up of conference rooms; office moves, daily work requests and building related projects. Your efforts will have an impact on the Healthcare industry!  This is an exciting time to become a member of the Sunquest Finance Team!

In this role, your key contributions will be to:

• Maintain conference rooms and training rooms throughout facility
• Arrange for and/or perform special setups as requested
• Schedule and oversee office move requests
• Coordinate service with internal and external clients and communicate schedule
• Perform repairs and improvements as required
• Coordinate work with landlord or contractor as appropriate

  • Experience coordinating office personnel moves, office equipment maintenance, and other facilitites related activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to function in team oriented environment
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to think logically for interpreting and analyzing problems assigned or encountered
  • Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Must be able to respond to emergencies
  • Must be available to work overtime when requested and respond to work emergencies in off hours.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (any specific physical attributes or limiting factors to be accounted for):  

Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards; substantial time is spent working on a computer. Some tasks may require lifting up to 50 lbs, moving equipment or furniture, use of a ladder.
