Job Description | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
Athens Technical College in Athens, Georgia, seeks an adjunct instructor to teach Speech courses for Athens, Walton, and Greene County. The successful applicant will be expected to implement course materials that support state initiatives and use appropriate teaching techniques to provide students with the knowledge needed to achieve the learning outcomes for each course offered.

Minimum Qualifications The minimum of a master’s degree with 18 semester hours in Speech is required (graduate hours in Speech Education are not sufficient). Additionally, strong communication skills and work ethic are required. Preferred Qualifications Previous teaching experience at the post-secondary level and experience with online teaching platforms are preferred. Willing to teach college-level courses on our satellite campuses.
