Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating the support work and performing the administrative functions necessary to support a team of PinnacleCare Advisors. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of various health and member information into company database
  • Collection of urgent medical records
  • Send medical release forms to Members
  • Print and bind Reports
  • Maintain/manage Advisors’ office supplies and order within policies
  • Schedule Advisors’ travel (air, hotel, car)
  • Make copies, fax  and shred documents
  • Schedule routine and advance medical appointments
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Two year college degree desired
  • Relevant experience in a clinical medicine practice or at least 1 year of client services in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel and Internet navigation
  • Excellent follow-through and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and “can do” attitude
