Athens Technical College is seeking qualified candidates for a Federal Work Study to assist in administrative work on our Walton Campus.  This position will be responsible to the Director of Walton Campus while performing a variety of clerical support functions.

The Hours needed to be covered at this time are varied but MAY require some evenings until 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greet all walk-ins using appropriate customer service practices and direct them to a person that can provide necessary solutions for their concerns, issues and needs.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Assist with issuing appointments for Work Ready Test and Compass Test.
• Assist with clerical jobs as needed.
• Assist with filing responsibilities.
• Maintain confidentiality in all clients' information.
• Dress appropriately and professionally.
• Perform other tasks as requested by appropriate staff.
