Athens Technical College is seeking a part-time Continuing Education Instructors in multiple and various disciplines.  These disciplines include industrial safety; leadership, management and supervision; Quality and quality tools and management; welding; industrial maintenance and systems and PLCs; licensed professionals such as plumbers, electricians, and HVAC; personal technology such as smart phones and tablets; machining and machine tool and many other areas.  Part-time instructors will used on an as needed basis and may be asked to teach throughout our service area.  They may be asked to meet with clients to determine training needs; develop customized training plans; evaluate outcomes; and assist in maintaining cost effective operations.

The competitive applicants will be experts in their field, have industry training and experience, necessary licenses or experience and have a desire to share their knowledge with others.  Prior instructional experience (formal or OJT) is a plus.  A high school diploma is required and post secondary training or education is preferred.
