Job Description

  Are you a quick learner who enjoys a fast-paced work environment? We are looking for a Corporate Assistant/Receptionist to work in Human Resources at our corporate office in South Burlington, Vermont. We are seeking an energetic individual who works well with all types of people, has the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects, while providing excellent customer service. The individual in this role will schedule and coordinate corporate travel, events and meetings, research temporary living, update forms and policies and procedures, create business cards and postcards, provide support to multiple departments and executives, and complete miscellaneous projects, in addition to completing all duties as the receptionist, and switchboard while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Qualified applicants should have diverse skill sets and previous experience in event and travel planning, switchboard and receptionist duties, and excellent clerical, communication and computer skills. Must be able to learn new computer programs quickly; including Microsoft SharePoint. A high school diploma, and at least three years of related experience are required.
