As a Client Account Specialist for Sunquest, you will be responsible for contacting clients with past due accounts and working with them to establish payments.  Your efforts will have an impact on the Healthcare industry!  This is an exciting time to become a member of the Sunquest Finance Team!

In this role, your key contributions will be:

  • Contact past due clients (hospitals and laboratories) and work with them to make timely payments
  • Answer questions about software or maintenance charges
  • Maintain reports for management and review accounts receivable for delinquent accounts
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • 1-2 years experience in a client/customer facing role
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Strong communications skills, verbally and written
  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience in related area

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Collections experience
  • General accounting knowledge
