Job Description

Provide word processing and administrative support to assigned commercial loan officers including correspondence, memoranda, proposals, etc.

Assist Officers with customer accounts and related paperwork, and interact with various departments regarding customer accounts.

Customer contact and follow up regarding accounts, loans and bank services.

Track Officers schedules to relate to other bank personnel.

Schedule, assist and/or coordinate with other administrative staff on seminars, bank-hosted events and community events.

Originate and maintain various reports.

Order and distribute supplies for the assigned group.

Assist in sorting and delivery of daily mail.

Skills/Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Banking experience required; Loan Operations experience preferred.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
