The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a new Senior Systems Analyst - Supply Chain and Logistics in our Enfield, Connecticut offices.

The Senior Systems Analyst - Supply Chain and Logistics will work with a team of individuals responsible for delivering innovative solutions related to the Supply Chain Logistics system applications. This position is also responsible for developing and implementing programs associated with projects, support requests, or production support with emphasis placed on speed, accuracy, efficiencies, flexibility and support to drive results on assigned applications.  

Key Accountabilities:

Project Management on Supply Chain Systems:

  • Active member of a project team who helps to identify areas for process and SW improvements - from design through implementation.
  • Member of a project team who works with other team members to transfer knowledge and ensures systems are successfully implemented

System Updates and Implementations:

  • Work with business users and team members to test and implement various system updates to accommodate business needs and process efficiencies.

Technical Support:

  • Responsible for ensuring that assigned applications function as designed and are available to users during business hours.
  • Ensure production issues are addressed in a timely manner and in compliance to the Brooks Brothers Project Life Cycle and Security Standards.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics Systems Applications - knowledge of SAP a plus.
  • Technical expertise in systems analysis and problem resolution.
  • Strong development skills with AS400 and server based applications and SQL.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills as well as strong team work skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related/equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of SW and solutions development in a variety of environments including Supply Chain systems.
