The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for new Customer Contact Represenatives in our Enfield, Connecticut offices.

As a part of the Customer Contact Center team, the Customer Contact Representative will be responsible for creating a world class customer experience which can engage the Brooks Brothers customer in a cross-channel environment (stores/catalog/Internet).

Key Accountabilities:

  • Listen to the customer’s needs and provide the appropriate solutions while maintaining/strengthening the customer relationship.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge to help solve the customer’s questions and convert into sales.
  • Accurately capture/modify customer orders and requests, initiate credits and transfers, and update customer contact information.
Skills/Requirements

Skills/Requirements:

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Experience: Prior retail sales or customer service experience is necessary.
  • Personable, well-spoken and are able to provide a “concierge” level of service to Brooks Brothers customers.
  • Hours: Full-time & Part-time (20-30 hours per week)
