The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a new Global Storefront Support Analyst in our Enfield, Connecticut offices.

The Global Storefront Support Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining the technical needs day-to-day for all retail store locations across the U.S.  This position has some evening and weekend hours.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Day-to-day technical maintenance and support for all retail store locations
  • Creating and maintaining SQL database reports
  • Writing, optimizing and troubleshooting SQL queries and procedures
  • PC hardware installation and configuration
  • Test software enhancements provided by vendors in POS lab and, when required, Pilot store
  • Manage delivery and rollout of software enhancements and upgrades
  • Work closely with POS helpdesk and  POS vendor  to improve service to stores, reduce costs and improve overall efficiencies
  • Monitor support tracking tickets to ensure timely response to stores
  • Verify daily sales and inventory file movement between POS and Merchandising System (JDA ,SAP) and troubleshoot issues
  • Knowledge of network environment such as TCP/IP configuration
  • Maintain POS system manual and documentation
  • Implement and maintain special projects
  • Perform all other duties as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of omni-channel POS software such as Micros-Retail Xstore or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of SQL software
  • Experience creating reports and SQL procedures for business use
  • System analyst abilities helpful
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • High level of time management and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Flexibility and willingness to make necessary compromises to accomplish a common goal
  • Following protocol for incident resolution to find root cause to define, analyze and prevent future incidences
  • Working knowledge of mobile POS devices such as Apple devices and their OS
