Job Description

NexTitle, an industry leading title and escrow company, is currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our Bellevue office.

Not only do we have an incredible depth of knowledge in traditional Title and Escrow transactions, but we strive to help our clients adapt to the constantly changing requirements of our industry. Summary: This role supports the internal sales and marketing team as well as provides customer service and property information to external clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  may include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Field incoming phone calls and emails from clients and the sales team.
  • Process property information requests quickly and accurately.
  • Searches internet based programs and websites to track down property information.
  • Keep inventory of promotional items, and re-order accordingly.
  • Prepares some basic marketing and graphic design.




Skills/Requirements

 

  • Education and Experience:

    High School diploma or GED is required, Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two year college or technical school is preferred or 3 years of graphic design experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Publisher and the Adobe Suite products strongly preferred. Prior exposure to mortgage banking, lending, title insurance, escrow, or real estate is also preferred, but not required.

    Language Skills:

    Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to write and speak effectively.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
