Wanna work in Human Resources at a hut on the beach?  BENEFITS CLERK opportunity at Islands Restaurants!


We are hiring for a fun, bright, and motivated individual to work at our corporate office in Carlsbad.  We call our office “The Hut” since we are located only a couple of miles from the beach!  Check out our company at!

You will be assisting our HR Generalist with managing the benefits for the company which includes assisting with benefits enrollments, processing invoices, working with 401k requests, communicating with our managers and employees, and much more!


Ideally, you will some experience working with major payroll systems such as ADP and Ultipro, but if not, that is OK.  Our people are great trainers!  Familiarity with Microsoft Office products like Word and Excel is also preferred.
