Job Description

NexTitle, an industry leading title and escrow company, is currently looking for a Production Graphic Designer/Marketing Administrative Assistant for our Bellevue office.

Not only do we have an incredible depth of knowledge in traditional Title and Escrow transactions, but we strive to help our clients adapt to the constantly changing requirements of our industry.  

Summary: The Marketing Coordinator assists with the Marketing & Training Director with client marketing & corporate marketing pieces.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Design templates and marketing pieces including fliers, postcards, logo designs, business cards and other products for clients based on incoming requests with quick turn-around time.
  • Communicate directly with clients, asking the right questions and readily turn their concepts into design.
  • Invoice the marketing projects to clients using Paypal.
  • Convey updates, new design requests to outside firm for corporate marketing pieces and sales pieces.
  • Prepare and send corporate emails blasts, working with outside firm.
  • Understands and can re-communicate email "safe-list" building guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail. Efficiently multi-task and re-prioritize needs throughout the marketing department, as well as company wide.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two year college or technical school, or 2 years of graphic design experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Publisher & Microsoft Office a must. Knowledge of the Adobe Suite products strongly preferred. Knowledge of real estate, lending or title companies a plus.

Language Skills:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to write and speak effectively. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of managers, clients, customers, outside firms and the general public.

Computer Skills:

  • High level of proficiency with computers, Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other technology.

Other Skills:

  • Must be organized, a self-starter, and detail oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, uplifting attitude.
  • Type 45+wpm
  • Ability to work independently and with multiple teams.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
