SUPERVISES: Training staff as they are hired into Mortgage
GENERAL FUNCTIONS: Will train new and experienced mortgage operations and support personnel, develop training curriculum, and analyze performance and assess skill level of new and experienced employees.
Partner with assigned TruHome Solutions mortgage sales and operations managers and departments to develop and deliver training. In response to external and internal audits, help identify areas of improvement needed and create new or revise existing training materials to be delivered.
Lead the direction and development of the TruHome training platform.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: In this position, individual will be expected to lift up to 20 pounds from time to time. Also, must be able to stoop, bend, reach, or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time.
WORKING CONDITIONS: This position is expected to work in general office environment and may have to travel for visits to other credit union facilities for performance analysis and training purposes.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: This position requires at least an Associate’s degree with an emphasis in the education/training field or equivalent experience and a minimum of three years experience in a financial institution will substitute for a degree. Mortgage operations (origination, processing, underwriting, or servicing) experience preferred.
