What You'll Be Working On
The front-end developer will work closely with UX, creative and development teams to create web-based applications, mobile apps and anything else the web can throw at us.

Must Haves:
Key Attributes of a Great Candidate

Ability to demonstrate excellence in delivery of visual comp to HTML layouts in multi-device settings

Understanding of how an application interacts with users over time and as data/context changes

Flexibility to develop prototypes as well as industrial-strength products

Ability to collaborate with UX, creative and development teams on the execution of ideas

Ability to build custom interface components and clean, portable code with keen understanding of object-oriented design

Understanding of semantic markup and a passion for clean, readable HTML

Understanding of accessibility issues in front-end code
Other things we’re looking for in our dream candidate: experience with Ruby on Rails, SCSS, UI Frameworks and Javascript MVC Frameworks.
