Wargaming West is looking for a Recruiter to join the HR team our west loop Chicago office. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, successful, international gaming company in its developmental stage.

The Recruiter is responsible for candidate acquisition and will partner with the rest of the HR team to ensure that talent acquisition and employee retention function like two peas in a pod.

- Own and manage the recruiting process, including: collecting requirements, crafting compelling job descriptions, utilizing candidate sources, identifying selling points, securing top talent and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to set and drive recruiting strategy and talent acquisition 
-Travel to gaming and recruiting events and manage the recruiting aspect of those events. Finally you will need to measure and report on the success of recruiting programs
- Have exposure on a regular basis to both local and global HR projects (e.g, training managers on best practices, helping with global personnel needs).

This job will evolve over time.

- 2+ years of experience recruiting in a high-growth gaming or tech environment
- BA or equivalent experience
- Ability to successfully place candidates of all levels in gaming or technology positions
- Extensive experience with social recruiting and internet sourcing tools 
- Fearlessness in approaching people, both in person and virtually
- Experience filling a high volume of positions quicklyD
- Detail-oriented when it comes to offers and all of the official paraphernalia
- Great all-around communication skills (i.e. verbal, written, public speaking) -- and a second language is a plus
- A reputation as being approachable
- Ability and desire to travel on occasion, both domestically and internationally
