Job Description

Candidate must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced company; have proven communication and organizational skills; and be willing and able to focus on both internal and external customer service to meet business needs.

The Customer Support Consultant will interact with other team members of similar focus to ensure consistency across products /disciplines and share knowledge within team and cross functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • CSC will handle day to day client issues and escalate as necessary
  • Focus on improving client satisfaction
  • Provide additional, valued added billable services to our clients such as Classroom training, one on one training
  • Will conduct Client visits
  • Perform software testing of product Releases or Service Packs
  • Will participate in Client User Group meetings / presentations
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word skills
  • Oil and Gas industry experience preferred.
  • Prior experience with the Qbyte Financial Management product as asset

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelors Degree
