Job Description


The Warehouse Team Member position is to provide warehouse support as part of our Computer Hardware Support team. The selected person will be an integral part of the team.  Someone with a positive / can do work attitude, is flexible, energetic, hard working, well-organized, knowledgeable, accurate, reliable, independent, a self-motivated person that is willing and eager to take on challenges and responsibilities.

 This position performs a wide variety of warehouse support duties for the Department Manager and other department Team Members, as well as a wide variety of other company Team Members. This will ensure the proper functioning of the department and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of a technical staff in a busy, professional environment. The position will exhibit a high degree of professionalism and effectively interface with coworkers and other company Team Members on a daily basis.

 This can be a full-time or part-time position. Hours worked are as follows:  Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with an hour off for Lunch (Lunch periods rotate depending on work assignments that day).  Saturday shifts (8:00am-5:00pm) are assigned based on business needs for store and corporate user support levels.  NOTE: Hours may be adjusted per your supervisor’s request or per the needs of the company and/or related workload.


* Production Issues:

  • Learn new software
  • Learn new computer skills
  • Must have working knowledge of PC computers and their operating systems
  • Receive new equipment and inventory
  • Receive broken equipment in from stores to Computer Hardware Support Repair in Progress Location
  • Receive repaired equipment from technicians Repair Center, package it up and warehouse in appropriate location
  • Maintain warehouse inventory levels to avoid out of stocks
  • Let management know when equipment or supplies need to be ordered
  • Process equipment to be sold off
  • Ship warranty or repair equipment to vendors
  • Pickup new equipment or supplies from local vendors
  • Fill out required receiving and shipping paperwork
  • Ship and receive all FedEx, UPS, and Speedy packages and fill out appropriate paperwork
  • Ship daily magic tickets, clothing orders, birthday gifts, safety, and donations
  • Ship new store setup pallets to stores via DC
  • Work a lot on ladders and with hand tools and test sets
  • Ability to be forklift and picker certified.
  • Ability to pull product and place on conveyor system
  • Ability to consolidate orders and ship accordingly to correct location
  • Unpack of equipment/inventory and packing equipment/orders for warehousing and shipping
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Identify problem trends (single site or overall) pro-actively
  • Develop and execute action plans to determine the problem, develop resolution and implement
  • Follow established process for problem handling or resolution
  • Understanding of general building, racking, conveyor, picker and forklift maintenance/repair
  • And other duties as requested or required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years related experience including:
    • Warehousing, Receiving and Shipping Equipment/Inventory
  • Forklift, picker, and pallet jack experience is a plus
  • Must have experience with computers
  • Willingness to learn

  • Lifting up to 75 lbs. is necessary for warehouse picking/packing duties
  • Team members should expect to work a 8-hour day (may start as early as 7 am)
  • Must work within designated normal office hours assigned or required by work
  • Provide numbers (i.e. home phone / cell phone) for which you can be easily and quickly reached
  • May be required to work overtime, including weekends and holidays depending on department workload
