<p> &lt;p&gt; &amp;lt;p&amp;gt; &amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;&amp;lt;em&amp;gt;Essential Job Functions:&amp;lt;/em&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/strong&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt; &amp;lt;ol&amp;gt; &amp;lt;li&amp;gt; Phoning, mailing and faxing physician phone orders for signatures and ensure they are &amp;amp;nbsp;returned in a timely manner.&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt; &amp;lt;li&amp;gt; Transfer tenants, in wheelchairs, from room to commons area, dining area, activities or church.&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt; &amp;lt;li&amp;gt; Answer call lights.&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt; &amp;lt;li&amp;gt; Understand the importance and necessity of accurate documentation.&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt; &amp;lt;li&amp;gt; Provide care on the basis of infection control and blood borne pathogen policy and procedures.&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt; &amp;lt;li&amp;gt; Turn and reposition bedridden, hospice patients, alone or with assistance, to prevent&amp;amp;nbsp;bedsores.&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt; &amp;lt;li&amp;gt; Observe tenant conditions, measuring and recording food and liquid intake and output&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;and vital signs, and report changes to professional staff, physician and/or family. &amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt; &amp;lt;li&amp;gt; Provide tenants with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed.&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt; &amp;lt;li&amp;gt; Bathe, groom, shave, dress, and complete incontinent care as needed.&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt; &amp;lt;li&amp;gt; Adhere to established tenant care policies. &amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt; &amp;lt;li&amp;gt; Collect specimens such as urine, feces, or sputum.&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt; &amp;lt;li&amp;gt; Serve on the appropriate committees required by the State and Federal Codes.&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt; &amp;lt;li&amp;gt; Other duties as assigned.&amp;lt;/li&amp;gt; &amp;lt;/ol&amp;gt;&lt;/p&gt;</p>

Skills/Requirements
