The HR Assistant at Bon Appetit will have responsibility to administer some aspects of HR within an account with potential to help in other accounts.The job will require being responsible for assisting in recommending, developing, and administering human resources policies in the areas of recruitment, separation, employee relations, disability and leave management, benefits, job descriptions, Scheduling and payroll management, performance management, training, safety, worker’s compensation and project management. Opportunity to become a full time postion with the addition of office and/or bookeeping duties. |
