Job Description

Assist Wealth Advisors and Private Bankers with client retention and business development efforts.  Help prepare for prospect meetings, client planning and investment reviews, and marketing events.  Sense of urgency around client service, business development, and strong Microsoft Office/computer skills are a must.





Skills/Requirements
  • Two-year College or technical degree (Associates) in Finance, Business or Accounting
  • Four-year degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of trust/brokerage/securities related experience (three to five years in lieu of education).
  • Ability to quickly understand organization’s systems and procedures, as well as demonstrate an ability to navigate throughout the organization on behalf of clients and associates.
  • Must be a team player and demonstrate a passion for client service.
  • Ability to work with many different team members, prioritizes, and set realistic expectations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.  Must be professional and competent.  Able to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • General accounting and securities knowledge as well as knowledge of trust accounting systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist team with all new account paperwork and serve as liaison to new account opening process.
  • Answer client/prospect calls on behalf of Wealth Advisors and Private Bankers.
  • Process client service requests and provide solutions on behalf of Wealth Advisors and Private Bankers.
  • Schedule and track client reviews and prospect calls. 
  • Assist in preparing for prospect meetings, and client planning and investment reviews.
  • Process new loans and open new deposit accounts.
  • May attend client meetings, prospect meetings, and client/marketing events.
  • Serve as team expert on technology including Power Point, Excel, Word, SalesForce, Adobe, and other systems/applications.
  • Assist in mass communications with clients including mail merges, birthday/anniversary/holiday cards, tax reporting, and client surveys.
  • Support sales management by attending sales meetings, maintaining the pipeline, following the closed business reporting, tracking calling efforts, as well as other management reporting.
