At present, GDC is seeking a Senior Lotus Notes Analyst. This is a 4 month contract position, in the Chambersburg, PA or Hagerstown, MD area. This position requires someone with a proven track record of successful project completion that has met or exceeded business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage the basic Lotus Email, Lotus Notes Traveler (LNT) and Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) Messaging environments in the organization 
  • Ability to perform senior level administrative tasks within the Lotus Email, Lotus Notes Traveler and BES environments This position will perform advanced Lotus, Lotus Notes Traveler and BES system monitoring and reporting.  They will be able to perform system upgrades and testing.  Will provide support for project staff, Lotus users, LNT users on iDevices, Blackberry users and support IS requests related to Lotus, LNT and d reporting.  They will be able to perform system upgrades and testing.  Will provide support for project staff, Lotus users, LNT users on iDevices, Blackberry users and support IS requests related to Lotus, LNT and BES environments  
  • Ability to perform advanced Lotus, Lotus Notes Traveler and BES system monitoring and reporting as well as perform system upgrades and testing 
  • Provide support for project staff, Lotus users, LNT users on iDevices, Blackberry users and support IS requests related to Lotus, LNT and BES environments  




Skills/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Associate’s of Science Degree in Information Systems or related field along with 8+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Information Systems or related field along with 3+ years of experience 

 

Preferred:

  • Understanding of Email concepts

  • Lotus Domino administration experience

  • BES administration experience

  • LNT administration experience

  • Understanding of Server Operating Systems; both MS Windows and iSeries V6R1 preferred

  • Professional Certifications in both BES and Lotus Administration
