The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a new <strong>Logistics Analyst</strong> in our Enfield, Connecticut offices.</p>
<p>
The Logistics Analyst is responsible for entering and monitoring data into Supply Chain Systems to ensure the available data is accurate and can be used for the various outputs needed. Supply Chain systems monitoring includes the tracking of all inbound merchandise to RBA facilities in the U.S. The tracking involves overseeing the updates to our tracking system so all Import, domestic, fabric and supplies P.O can be tracked from their origin to the destination. The tracking of Key P.O dates allows the area to notify the appropriate internal and external parties of any issues or delays for their product. The Logistics Analyst will also be required to work on projects such as Freight payment, data mapping and document storage.</p>

<strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
Supply chain tracking/management inbound accountabilities include oversight supervising of : Monitoring and tracking of all inbound merchandise to RBA facilities in the US. Includes import items, domestic items, fabric, supplies, etc.  Maintain all tracking systems data to actual supply chain actions giving near real time visibility to RBA, Develop Supply Chain reports for own tracking purposes as well as for use by other Logistics areas.  Notify appropriate internal and external parties of any issues/delays/etc. for late product and Monitor and track all store – new/closings – moves. Setup schedules, appointments, etc.</li>
<li>
TPM Systems accountabilities include oversight/supervising of: Maintain and update TPM systems to actual supply chain actions. This includes maintenance and problem solving of all system and partner interface issues as well as communication with all partners and providers.  Work with DC and I.S. Depts on systems problem solving and develop processes to prevent future problems.  Support special projects utilizing TPM as control/tracking system – ie., MTM orders, Train.</li>
<li>
Project Management: The candidate will be required to work on projects such as Freight payment management: Taking payment data from vendors, posting it to Logistics systems and providing Finance an output file to issue payment. Fabric tacking systems: Taking data from factories, posting to Forwarder and Logistics systems and providing output tracking reports top the factories. Developing quick upload interfaces: Taking data from forwarders/3rd parties and mapping uploads to logistics systems.</li>

Skills/Requirements
<p>
<strong>Skills/Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
Technical Skills: ASN/EDI Implementation skills, high level experience in Microsoft Office Applications:Excel, Word, Access, Outlook - good customer service skills as well as knowledge of Logistics scenarios and processes.</li>
<li>
Education: 2-5 years relevant experience</li>
<li>
Previous Experience: 2-5 years relevant experience in a Logistics / Distribution Center environment.</li>
