<span style="font-size: 16px"> </span><span style="font-size: 16px">Regional Clinical Manager <strong> THIS JOB IS IN UTAH AND TOOELE COUNTIES.  MUST TRAVEL BETWEEN BOTH COUNTIES</strong></span></p>
<p>
<span style="font-size: 16px">As the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring clinical staff deliver high quality patient care. This position is a traveling position between our Branches in Tooele and Orem. The Regional Clinical Manager will oversee the clinical aspects of the branch. You will work with a team of professionals to provide compassionate care to our patients. This person coordinates assignments for case management and trains, educates and mentors the clinical staff in reaching quality assurance in clinical operations and in patient care for the branches.</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 16px">The Regional Clinical Manager ensures that all clinical aspects of the Branch operation meet Harmony’s quality standards, and policies and procedures.</span></p>
<p>
<span style="font-size: 16px">·        Develop and implement educational programs for the clinical staff.</span></p>
<p>
<span style="font-size: 16px">·        Collaborate with other professionals including social workers, chaplains, home health aides, and physicians to ensure patient’s needs are met appropriately.</span></p>
<p>
<span style="font-size: 16px">·        Participate in and collect data for Quality improvement projects as directed by supervisor.</span></p>
<p>
<span style="font-size: 16px">·        Review patient documentation, identify areas of improvement, coach clinical staff in improvement areas, and identify trends or issues.</span></p>
<p>
<span style="font-size: 16px">·        Review performance of clinical staff, develop goals, coach staff regarding: policies, procedures, and expectations, and disciplinary actions as necessary.</span></p>
<p>
<span style="font-size: 16px">·        Report problems, employee complaints/issues, proposed goals/solutions to Regional Clinical Administrator.</span></p>
<p>
<span style="font-size: 16px">·        Uses critical thinking and logic to determine the best possible course of action to achieve the ideal outcome.</span></p>
<p>
<span style="font-size: 16px">·        Assist Regional Departments in conducting staff meetings, providing in-service education, development, and record keeping.</span></p>
<p>
<span style="font-size: 16px">·        Assist Regional Departments in hiring of all clinical staff and assignment of position, and any potential policy changes</span></p>

Skills/Requirements
<p>
<span style="font-size: 16px">Qualifications</span></p>
<ul>
<li>
<span style="font-size: 16px">Licensed Registered Nurse, graduated from an accredited school of nursing.</span></li>
<li>
<span style="font-size: 16px">Experience in hospice, home care, or related health program – one (1) year experience preferred.</span></li>
<li>
<span style="font-size: 16px">Experience leading and developing staff to reach company objectives.</span></li>
<li>
<span style="font-size: 16px">Ability to pass State background screening, possess drivers license, current auto insurance, and CPR.</span></li>
<li>
<span style="font-size: 16px">Knowledge of Home Health & Hospice State and Federal guidelines, Medicare regulations, OASIS, and private insurances</span></li>
<li>
<span style="font-size: 16px">Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist</span></li>
<li>
<span style="font-size: 16px">Ability to work with a team and engage clinical staff to meet and exceed quality patient care.   </span></li>
