St. Louis, MO (Parkview Apartments)
We are currently seeking an Admin/Complicance Coordinator for the Parkview Apartments, a senior living property in St. Louis, MO.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities;
Maintains re-certification schedule.
Processes notices to residents 120 days prior to anniversary move-in date.
Completes interviews with residents, completing re-certification forms completely and accurately.
Conducts background check and document invoice number in resident file.
Provide screening reports to Manager for review.
Complete re-certification in database used by property (CCS).
Prepare lease for resident and obtain signature on lease and all back up documentation.
Must have knowledge of HUD/Section 8 policies and procedures.
Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Must be COS and or RIM certified, or able to obtain certification upon hire.
2 years of previous recertification experience preferred.
Tax Credit certification and familiarity with project-based subsidy programs preferred.
Ability to prepare clear, concise, thorough, meaningful and grammatically correct written reports, letters, memoranda and other written documents.
Ability to follow oral and written directions and learn rapidly office rules and procedures.
Knowledge of Yardi a plus.
Superior organizational skills.
