To primarily assist the President & CEO in the success of his responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Provides executive administrative support to the President & CEO to include: Manage incoming call traffic, travel plans (both domestically and internationally), meeting and conference call arrangements, calendar management, presentation creation, expense report preparation, catering, handling personal and confidential issues, ordering office suppliesand other similar duties.
Gather and create monthly operating reports and other reports as required by CEO and SMT.
Provide sales reports on a monthly basis by gathering data from P&L and creating graphs that show bookings, sales and EBITDA. In some cases this involves manually pulling financial from various sources.
Provide support to the Senior Management Team to include, but not limited to, presentation and document preparation, travel and meeting arrangements, catering, updating organization charts and the calendaring function.
Provides technical and design support for the marketing function including: printing marketing literature, language translations of materials, creating ads for publications, ordering business cards.
Additional responsibilities
Conference/tradeshow coordination.
Field web-site sales inquiries and forward to the appropriate party.
Assist others within the company as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:
AS degree or equivalent work experience.
3 years of directly related experience working for a “C” level executive.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite and ADOBE.
Ability to work with data bases and comfort with manipulating data, creating charts, etc. preferred.
Previous experience with marketing software, such as InDesign, preferred.
