You will manage project management reports, deliverables, meeting, business decisions, project objectives, client Interaction. Generate PO's for order process, tracking and delivery of materials. Reports to Project Director; provides site development tracker report to Upper Management, Client, Stakeholders and subordinates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, delivery, implementation and completion of Dynis Wireless Customers’ projects.  The primary management functions included, but not limited to; The Scope within the Dynis and Customer Agreement as well as the Dynis and Vendor/Subcontractor Agreements, The Schedule for the project, The Financial aspects of the project, The Quality and Safety for the project and the resources performing the work, and Resource Management for the project (direct reporting staff, matrix staff, and vendor and subcontractor resources).

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following areas for Site Acquisition (Candidate Selection, Leasing, Zoning, A&E drawings, environmental, regulatory, structural and Building Permits etc…), with 250 sites, Construction (or Decommissioning) and Turn-up of Cell sites in a Customer’s Network; New Site builds, UMTS, 2nd or Multiple Carrier additions, Cell Site Relocations, Modifications, Growth Additions, Decommissioning, network facility additions (T-1s or fiber to the cell site), power additions, E911 modifications or additions, cabinet installations and/ or base station installations and testing.

Scope Management:

  •  Participate, assist, negotiate the final Agreement, Agreement Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), and Pricing in the Dynis- Customer Agreement and Dynis- Subcontractor agreements.
  • Prepare or manage the preparation of major Agreement deliverables for both the Customer Agreement and Vendor Agreements.
  • Customer, Dynis, Vendor or Subcontractor deliverables within the respective Agreements
  • Reporting requirements of all parties
  • Notice requirements of all parties
  • Specification and/or build requirements of all parties
  • Damage or penalties for each party for non-compliance within the Agreements
  • Prepare or manage the preparation of known or potential risks and manage and prepare a risk mitigation strategy
  • Oversee and manage the site quotations (pricing) to correspond with the agreed unit or fixed price.
  • Manage all change orders or deviations and take the necessary documentation steps as well ensuring the revised price quotations.

Project Schedule:

  •  Prepare or manage the preparation of work load/ resource planning, organizational chart, responsibility matrix, and develop or manage the development of a project schedule. Schedule should include;
  • Identification of all tasks by all parties to ensure the timeliness of the completion of the project
  • Duration of the tasks
  • Resource for the tasks
  • Critical path for the schedule
  • Schedule needs to include plan, forecast and actual dates for all tasks
  • Manages all Reporting to Dynis and Customer

Financial Management:

  •  Develop and maintain a Project Financial Plan, Forecast, and actual results for Earned Revenue and POC revenue, COGs, Gross Margin and Margin Percent on a month over month basis for the project.
  • Develop and maintain invoicing plan, forecast and actual results on a month over month basis for the project.
  • Manage the receipt of Customer Purchase orders for works to be performed
  • Issue or approve all Subcontractor or Vendor Purchase Orders for materials or services.
  • Acknowledge receipt of Vendor Purchases or Subcontractor services (includes Job Completion Notice)
  • Manages and approves all expenses and costs charged to the project

Quality and Safety Management:

  •  Ensure Dynis Corporate Safety program in place with all Dynis staff and subcontractors
  • Ensure direct reporting staff complies with weekly safety tool box
  • Ensure Quality program in place with all Dynis staff and Subcontractors
  • Make sure all Quality standards are met to customer specifications
  • Ensure all customer reporting requirements are met
  • Manage or prepare all safety incident or network outage reports

Resource Management:

  •  Manage direct reporting staff
  • Coordinate and manage project information with indirect reporting staff;
  • Logistics Management for materials (Reports through Controls and Supply Chain)
  • Quality and Safety Management (reports through Program Director)
  • Scheduling and Customer reporting (Reports through Controls)
  • Contract Management (reports through Program Director and HQ Contract Management)
  • Manages all relationships with Subcontractors and develops a resource plan and Schedule for site work performed by subcontractors to meet project schedule and demands.

 

Skills/Requirements

Skills required:

  • 7 years of previous Project Management experience in Wireless Telecommunications. 
  • AT&T processes and systems a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Project Management training and certification, preferred
  • PMI/PMP certification, preferred
  • Contract Management training and certification, preferred
  •  Project Scheduling with critical path and risk assessment/mitigation skills
  • Financial acumen for project financial performance
