ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Summary:

Carlisle Construction Materials Incorporated, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology, has an immediateopening for an Administrative Assistant, in its Carlisle, PA location. The Administrative Assistant will provide daily administrative support for the Organizational Development & COS functions. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning of COS events including the coordination of schedules, supplies, and meals.
  • Assists with COS reporting/documentation including event report-outs, videos, participation logs, webpage updates, and corporate requests.
  • Provides general support to the recruiting function including making travel arrangements for candidates, maintaining recruiting files, and greeting visitors. 
  • Administers service awards, perfect attendance awards, and related programs.
  • Tracks and reports contract labor usage.
  • Completes DOL Bureau of Labor Statistics reporting as needed.
  • Creates and posts HR-related announcements on CCM Community.  Coordinates flower arrangements, gifts, etc., as needed.
  • Provides general clerical support (i.e., answers & routes phone calls, takes messages,  sets up conference calls, takes meeting minutes, assists with mailings, sets up and maintaining filing systems, scans documents into Docuware.)

Minimum Job Requirements:

A  Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, high school degree or equivalent required with a minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience. Experience in Human Resources is preferred.
