Job Description

The Implementation Coordinator will assist the Implementation Manager with administrative duties including, but not limited to management of pending, open and completed projects, and monthly reporting. 

  • Assign projects to Implementation Consultants
  • Monitor team utilization and time-tracking on a weekly basis
  • Gather monthly reports for the Implementation Manager
  • Ensure all client projects are successfully migrated to project management system
  • Assist Implementation Consultants with assigned duties on client projects 
Skills/Requirements
  • Familiarity with web-based applications, user side of software and basic internet navigation and functionality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer office skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office.
  • Must be self-motivated, detailed oriented, highly organized and attentive to detail.
