<em><strong>IT / HELP DESK TECH</strong></em></p>
<p>
<strong>Education Requirements:</strong> Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field . Computer certifications a plus.</p>
<p>

<strong>Experience:</strong> 2+ years help desk customer service. Experience supporting Microsoft  windows XP, Windows 7, Office 2007/2010.  Server 2003/2008 Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2010, managed switch, LAN, WAN knowledge.</p>
<p>
<strong>Position Responsibilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<span face="">Identify, research, and resolve technical issues to</span>150+employees</li>
<li>
<span face="">Respond to calls and email requests to r</span>esolve help desk requests</li>
<li>
<span face="">Coordinates repair</span>, configure,upgrade hardware and specialized software as needed</li>
<li>
<span face="">Ability to multi-task</span>, strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>
<span face="">Maintain </span>internal records and database inventory regularly</li>
<li>
Assist with backups, data recovery, using backup methods and recovery tools</li>
<li>
Recognize and solve duties while on-call if necessary</li>
<li>
Domestic travel if needed</li>
</ul>
