Job Description

RCO Legal, P.S., an industry leading specialty law firm, is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Portland office. 

RCO specializes in the representation of financial institutions, substantial investors, title insurers, housing authorities and select businesses in all matters related to licensing, servicing, mortgage banking, consumer finance, special credits, title insurance, real estate finance, and the enforcement of mortgage loans.

The Administrative Assistant will work directly with attorneys and senior management on special projects, reporting, travel management, general correspondence and other general office duties as assigned.





Skills/Requirements

Experience: A minimum of three years of administrative assistant experience, preferably in a mid to large sized company. Experience working in computer systems and software and in a paperless office preferred. Proven experience with Excel and Word are required.

Skills: Excellent customer service and the ability to self direct. The ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively and determining appropriate courses of action. Must display high level of proficiency with computers, software and other technology. Qualities for success include initiative, loyalty, ownership of responsibilities and passion for making things happen. This position will require etiquette and tact as the employee will be dealing directly with clients at a high level.
