Develops and produces competitive and effective consumer lending marketing and communication collateral. Manages relationships with third-party vendors, including copy writers, graphic designers and printers. Participates in market development.
Manage the development and production of customer- and partner-facing credit card, private label and student lending collateral material.
Work with print/mail vendors and internal departments to produce and distribute collateral; manage inventory and associated expenses.
Serve as liaison between and interact directly with various vendors, card processors and marketing partners.
Develop oral and written communication pieces for touch-points throughout the customer lifecycle; ensure consistency throughout all delivery channels.
Administer and manage certain delivery aspects of the customer communication lifecycle (e.g., email, website, mail).
Participate in market development, particularly in areas of customer understanding, targeting new customers, enhancing value of existing customers and increasing promotion effectiveness.
Manage and direct communication standards, such as logos and color palettes.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Three years of experience in marketing or direct-to-consumer marketing required. (Credit card, financial services, or private label marketing is preferred.)
Previous project management experience required.
Copy-writing experience and intermediate to advanced skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred.
Must possess attention to detail, strong interpersonal and organizational skills and analytical thinking ability.
