Title: Education Delivery Consultant - Positions in St. Louis, MO and Atlanta, GA

The primary role of the Education Delivery Consultant is to work with educators, administrators and students in
the K-12 marketplace to deliver consultative work sessions on various Franklin Covey solutions. Will consult with
client schools to determine their needs, recommend consulting and training solutions, deliver single and multi-day
work sessions and participate with sales teams on business development efforts. Through training, this individual
will acquire expertise on Franklin Covey offerings including tools, work sessions and training components for our

Essential Job Functions
o Master process and delivery of Franklin Covey Education solutions including the Leader In Me process.
o Consult with client school prior to work session to determine client needs, participant profile and needs for
o Customize learning content and implementation to meet client needs and the objectives that are critical to
their success as a school.
o Interact and adjust approach to audience appropriately (educator, administrator, student at the K-12 levels).
o Create a learning climate in which participants (faculty and students) are engaged and eager to contribute
to solving the most critical challenges facing their school.
o Maintain excellent knowledge of Franklin Covey content, effective consulting and delivery skills, and latest
knowledge of the education environment for effective delivery of relevant work sessions that meet the
needs of Franklin Covey’s various client schools.
o Conduct sales calls with Client Partners and continuously participate in business development efforts.
o Use visuals and visual support media effectively.
This position requires a minimum of 5+ years professional consulting and training experience plus 4 years professional
educator experience with leadership experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree is required and Master’s Degree
is preferred. A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and
integrity is critical to success in this role. Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential; must be able
to create and deliver compelling, polished sales presentations to both line leadership and senior corporate executives
within target companies. Candidate must be able and willing to travel frequently.
