Job Description

Realty in Motion (RIM) is a rapidly growing company in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. The company handles matters related to mortgage banking, finance, real estate and law. We are technologically advanced and have in-house IT and Software Developers. Our office in Portland, OR is looking for a Support Services Associate to join our team.

The Support Services Associate is responsible for supporting other RIM lines of business by collecting, distributing, and applying postage to the office’s mailings. The Support Services Associate also scans documents for archive and manages document shredding. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Runs/operates the postage machine and related software.
  • Responsible for ensuring daily pick-up and delivery deadlines are met for all mailings, including delivery to the post office and overnight delivery drop locations each business day.
  • Problem solves multiple mailing software applications.
  • Communicates with other departments and relaying information to staff.
  • Responsible for alerting managers and department heads when conflicts are identified.
  • Works closely with RIM managers and staff in other offices.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

 

Skills/Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience ; one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Work professionally with highly confidential and sensitive personal data.
  • Work effectively under time pressure while striving for excellence.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Plan, organize, and schedule workload efficiently; manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills and take on new areas of responsibility.
  • Display a high level of self-motivation.
  • Exemplify good customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation.
