NexTitle, an industry leading title and escrow company, is currently recruiting for a Vendor Clerk for our growing Bellevue office!

Job Summary:

This position assists the vendor managers in the policy department with tracking/distributing final policies, maintaining production reports, and customer service for both vendors and clients as the company grows into other states.       

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist vendor managers in tracking/distributing final policies
  • Maintain production reports in Excel/Data Entry
  • Maintain policy, inbox, answering emails from vendors/clients/retail department
  • Correct errors on final title policies
  • Assist vendors in completing final title policies
  • Assist vendor managers in pulling various underwriter jackets
  • Taking daily recordings and keeping track of, and delivering policy work to various vendors

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required, an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school preferred; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be detail oriented with strong customer service and communication skills.

The successful candidate will have title examination experience.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
