With more than 230 stores throughout the United States and Canada and more than 230 locations abroad, we continue to grow the brand with a respect for our heritage and a vision for the future.</p> <p> The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a new&nbsp;<strong>Senior Facility Engineer</strong>&nbsp;in our New York City corporate offices.</p> <p> Part of the Facilities Team, the Senior Facility Engineer Completes assigned work orders utilizing general building operation skills in the basic repair and/or replacement of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building components. They will also complete fundamental preventive maintenance and safety programs.</p> <p> <strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> Exceeds expected work quantities</li> <li> Exhibits strong knowledge of daily operational systems</li> <li> Works well with minimum supervision and as a team player</li> <li> Understands uses of power tools and general repairs</li> <li> Knowledgeable of HVAC with minor trouble shooting and including PM&rsquo;s fitters, belts</li> <li> Completes preventive maintenance programs satisfactory</li> <li> Properly cleans equipment components</li> <li> Demonstrates casualty prevention awareness</li> <li> Recognizes potential problems which minimizes down time</li> <li> Reports safety hazards</li> <li> Has knowledge of life safety codes</li> <li> Knowledgeable of sprinkler system tests&nbsp;</li> <li> Is professional when dealing with managers and corporate clients</li> <li> Knowledgeable in operation of Fire Alarm System</li> <li> Competent in all aspects of water tower and house tank systems &nbsp;</li> </ul>

Skills/Requirements

<p> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li> Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office</li> <li> Familiar with Trane Tracer and or HVAC EMS</li> <li> Able to work on weekend days &ndash; Schedule is Tuesday &ndash; Saturday &ndash; 11am &ndash; 8pm</li> <li> Self-motivated</li> <li> Knowledgeable of OSHA&nbsp; regulations and life safety codes &nbsp;</li> <li> Bi- lingual in Spanish a plus but not required</li> <li> Able to manage housekeeping and mailroom staff when required</li> <li> 5+ years experience</li> </ul> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> The Brooks Brothers culture is rooted in our values of relationships, innovation, history, fairness and celebration and our vision to be the premiere lifestyle destination for ladies and gentleman for every generation.
