FEI - Foreclosure Expeditors Inc., is recruiting for a Field Services Representative for our Hawaii office. 

FEI is a nationally recognized industry leader. We currently offer posting services, service of process, publication management, trustee auctioneer services with monitoring of bidding services throughout the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, and Washington.


The Field Service Representative is responsible for managing activities pertaining to ensuring timely posting or service of the notices at the locations across the country. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processes posting affidavits from external and/or internal posting agents.
  • Follows up on postings affidavits and posting dates with agents. Works on workflow reconciliation.
  • Runs assigned posting confirmation, incomplete and affidavit workflows.
  • Monitors the Field Services department inbox and distributes work accordingly.
  • Assists in the new order review process.
  • Processes and reconciles invoices received from vendors.
  • Notifies clients of exceptions as it pertains to the Field Service department.
  • Assists with documents merges.
  • Compiles and sends out Field Service packages to agents.
  • Scans and maintains documents and correspondence relating to clients’ files.
  • Works with the Quality Control department to ensure affidavits are available prior to sale.
  • Processes cancellation requests, when requested.
  •  Other duties may be assigned.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year related experience and/or training.

Computer Skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
