FEI- Foreclosure Expeditors Inc., is currently recruiting for a Posting Agents for our Bellevue office. 

FEI is a premier trustee support service provider located in Bellevue, WA.FEI is a nationally recognized industry leader. We currently offer posting services, service of process, publication management, trustee auctioneer services with monitoring of bidding services throughout the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Tennessee, and Washington

Our Posting Agent role is unique: this is no ordinary desk job.  If you are adventuresome and looking for a constantly changing landscape, this is the job for you!  As a Posting Agent, you will be responsible for posting notices related to foreclosure actions and coordinating sales activities related to foreclosure actions in your assigned territory. You will manage the process from start to finish and communicate results to internal admin staff. You will be provided with a company car, laptop, cell phone, and GPS system.  This position may also be tasked to take on additional duties such as Personal Service or Crying of the Foreclosure sales in the upcoming year, which require the ability to ask questions and speak to neighbors, make observations of the property or be able to communicate and manage an audience in a loud, outdoor environment. This duty also involves standing for long periods of time. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service, interacting with public and company employees.
  • Ensures timely postings of notices related to foreclosure actions in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.
  • Creates affidavits and provide detailed information and photographs of property conditions.
  • Upload information and photos on FEI website.
  • Utilize and maintain company vehicle in accordance with company directives and policies.
  • Prepares and organizes related sales paperwork both before and after the sale.
  • Coordinates onsite sales and communicates with a large crowd in a loud, outdoor environment.  
  • Ensures that all client deadlines are met in regards to third party sales, affidavits, and any other client requests.
  • Provides administration staff with the sales results.
  • Maintains a neat and clean businesslike appearance.
  •  Other duties may be assigned.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year related experience and/or training. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must have a clean driving record and be insurable. 

Computer Skills:

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook and basic typing skills.  

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to use technology (laptop, cell phone, GPS system), and read maps (e.g. Thomas Guides).
  • Self starter with ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent comprehension, listening and negotiation skills.
  • Plan, organize, and schedule workload efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  •  Provide excellent customer service.
