<p> &nbsp;</p> <p> <strong>Job Summary</strong><br /> The primary role of the Client Services Coordinator is to provide service and support for corporate clients in a team environment.&nbsp; Will provide sales support for Sales Executives and team.&nbsp; Will assist region in sales tracking, communication with external clients and other administrative duties as needed</p> <p> <strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p> <p style="margin-left:.5in;"> o&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate accurate and timely delivery of various aspects of company seminars: seminar materials, appropriate presenter, client profiles or assessment tools, a/v materials, etc.</p> <p style="margin-left:.5in;"> o&nbsp;&nbsp; Gather from clients and Client Partners all details of client programs and enter into the network system.</p> <p style="margin-left:.5in;"> o&nbsp;&nbsp; Follow through with all aspects of client programs.</p> <p style="margin-left:.5in;"> o&nbsp;&nbsp; Support clients by researching and answering questions regarding curricula, pricing, facilitator training, invoicing, delivery of product and account adjustments.</p> <p style="margin-left:.5in;"> o&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain client (facilitator) databases.</p> <p style="margin-left:.5in;"> o&nbsp;&nbsp; Process client orders for products and/or custom programs.</p> <p style="margin-left:.5in;"> o&nbsp;&nbsp; Calculate and process final invoicing related to client programs.</p> <p style="margin-left:.5in;"> o&nbsp;&nbsp; Initiate and monitor client licensing process.</p> <p style="margin-left:.5in;"> o&nbsp;&nbsp; Send promotional materials to clients and prospective clients; present various program and product options to interested clients.</p> <p style="margin-left:.5in;"> o&nbsp;&nbsp; Send pre-work materials to clients prior to their attendance at in-house facilitator training.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin-left:.5in;"> o&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure smooth customer experience from point of sale through close and follow up.</p> <p style="margin-left:.5in;"> o&nbsp;&nbsp; Arrange business development meetings and other client meetings.</p> <p style="margin-left:.5in;"> o&nbsp;&nbsp; Assists Client Partners with tracking sales through Assist and Excel.</p> <p style="margin-left:.5in;"> <strong>o&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong>Prepare &amp; design proposals to meet client needs in coordination with Client Partners.</p> <p> <strong>Requirements</strong>This position requires a minimum of 2+ years of administrative/sales support experience plus some college.&nbsp; Work experience must demonstrate organization and customer service/sales skills.&nbsp; Organization skills with high attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM are required.&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.&nbsp; Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills and excellent phone skills are required.&nbsp; We are looking for motivated team players with strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.&nbsp; Strongly prefer knowledge of Franklin Covey programs and content.&nbsp;</p> <p align="center"> <strong><em>Franklin Covey is an Affirmative Action Equal Opportunity Employer</em></strong></p> <p align="center"> &nbsp;</p> <p align="center"> &nbsp;</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p align="center"> &nbsp;</p>
