As an Administrative Assistant for Sunquest, you will be responsible for working directly with the Client Experience Support department and leadership team. Your efforts will have an impact on the Healthcare industry!  This is an exciting time to become a member of the Sunquest Team!
 

In this role your key contributions will be:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements as required.
  • Screens mail, arranges in priority order, highlights action or important items, attaches relevant files or information, and distributes to manager. Composes responses for the manager.
  • Prepares memos, reports, correspondence, presentation materials, agendas and other necessary materials
  • Researches information, compiles and prepares reports dealing with confidential material, e.g., financial or product information, salary planning, etc
  • Screens calls and responds to routine questions, takes messages and redirects callers.
  • Sets up, organizes, and maintains the office filing system including confidential data. Oversees both manual and/or automated filing systems for organization to assure consistency in retrieval and retention.
  • Assists in the orientation and training of new employees in areas such as department policies/procedures or office equipment and applications.

 

Skills/Requirements
  • Ability to compose formal business correspondence with correct grammar, spelling and syntax.
  • Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and complete projects within deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and communication skills are essential.

TRAINING and EXPERIENCE

 

  • High School diploma required.
  • 4+ years progressive administrative support experience.
     

PREFERRED:

Additional specialized administrative training.
