As a Website Marketing Operations Manager at Go Daddy, you will be responsible for website conversion, revenue, and KPIs. This position will be accountable for managing multiple areas of the website and continual testing to drive key performance metrics. Responsibilities include looking for optimization opportunities through data analysis, data discovery and testing strategies. This includes marketing, monitoring customer feedback and content management of GoDaddy.com corporate website (domestic and international versions). 

 In this role, you will:

  • Plan and execute multivariate tests for domestic as well as international sites. Provide measurement/analysis and communicate results in executive summary form.
  • Make changes to web pages utilizing our content delivery system.
  • Understand sales metrics and analyze traffic patterns to identify areas where customers may abandon as well as changes that may increase conversions.
  • Manage and track overall key metrics, continually looking for optimization opportunities, implementing enhancements, and measuring/reporting results.
  • Provide input on usability and creative component as needed.

Do You have what it takes?

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in website/online marketing, preferably one with a global customer base of significant size in a technology or web-based field. 
  • SEM, SEO, direct marketing, multi-channel, and international experience is a plus.
  • BA degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to analyze and summarize results, findings and strategies for marketing peers and executive staff.
  • Experience working with marketing, user experience, creative, business analysts and development teams desired.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Must encompass statistical analysis skills and be capable of working with unique analytical systems, outputting data, and organizing in a consumable format.
  • Understanding of designing for web development, customer interactions, impact on revenue or other key performance metrics.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Results oriented, self-starter who communicates effectively (written, oral, presentation).
