Job Description

 

Job Summary
The primary focus of the Event Registration Partner is to fill regional hosted events with qualified influencers and
decision-makers from mid/large companies and Fortune 500 companies through extensive cold calling to marketing
database lists. Through training, this individual will acquire defined scripts, tools and resources to accomplish the
goal of booking ten qualified attendees per week.
 
Essential Job Functions
o Promote region-hosted events/overviews (Trust, Execution, Leadership, Productivity) by phone with a minimum call volume of 6-7 hours per day.
o Secure qualified registrations for marketing events.
o Perform necessary follow-up with potential leads via email, mail, and phone, to gain commitment for
attendance at events.
 
Requirements
This position requires a minimum of 1+ year of outbound calling experience. Preference will be given to candidates
with experience or education in communications, public relations, or sales. Exceptional interpersonal and verbal
communication skills and excellent phone skills are required. Phone presence must be positive, clear and concise
with the ability to build rapport quickly. Organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to type a
minimum of 50 WPM are required. We are looking for motivated team players with strong work ethic and the ability
to work in a fast paced environment. Strongly prefer knowledge of Franklin Covey programs and content.
