Job Description

Overall Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for managing a region on our N. American Customer Success Team with overall responsibility for customer loyalty, renewal, referenceability, and portfolio expansion.
  •  Reports directly to the VP of Customer Success.
  • Responsible for managing a 5 to 8 individual contributors focused on customer satisfaction and bookings activities.
  • Reports directly to the VP of Customer Success.
  • Manage an annual sales quota in excess of $6,000,000.
  • Develop and deploy programs focused on driving high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of sales and/or account management experience, previous management experience preferred
  • Experience in the Human Capital Management industry desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer renewals.
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving bookings targets, managing large account management teams, and driving customer success and referenceability. Ability to push past rejection to achieve results.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive successful sales teams.
  • Ability to work with customers directly to help overcome challenges and convert challenged customers into referenceable customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations.
