DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team globally and execute locally in NAM

  • Create and implement demand generation programs including localized campaigns, webinars, emails and content

  • Create and implement field marketing programs including local/regional customer and prospecting events

  • Own the Marketing budget, working with regional Marketing managers to ensure that targets are met.

  • Work closely with sales and executive leadership to ensure that integrated marketing plans and lead acquisition  strategies, aligned with Sales and our product vision, are implemented and optimized quarterly.

  • Work closely with Lead Gen (inside telemarketing) team to make sure that qualified leads are being handed off to phone reps and followed up on in a timely manner.

  • Work with corporate communications to manage the local public relations and analyst relations across the region

  • Work with marketing operations to measure, evaluate, and improve every marketing campaign in on a quarterly basis.

  • Become the liaison on business issues back to the HQ marketing team and to the company overall.

  • Determine ways to best leverage channel partners in the region

Skills/Requirements
  • 10+ years related experience; field marketing experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, MBA preferred

  • Software and/or SaaS experience a plus

  • Able to prioritize and work under pressure with multiple deadlines.

  • You must have a solid background in marketing with a concentrated focus on demand generation/field marketing in an established software or high-tech organization.

  • You will need proven experience building talented teams and management experience across territories/countries.

  • You will have the ability to coach, influence and motivate diverse groups to work collaboratively.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales pipeline and revenue.

  • Proven record of change management, building and sustaining effective teams, inspiring commitment to organizational vision, and delivering results.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to work with senior management.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills required.

  • Effective oral & written communication skills, prioritization and ability to work closely in a cross-functional team environment is key.
