A new and innovative technology driven company is currently recruiting for an Order Placement Specialist in our Bellevue office!

Not only do we have an incredible depth of knowledge in traditional Title and Escrow transactions, but we strive to help our clients adapt to the constantly changing requirements of our industry.

We are looking for a high-energy person with exceptional customer service skills and strong attention to detail. The Order Placement Specialist uses multiple software systems simultaneously and receives order information in a wide array of different formats. This role is highly visible to our sales team, production team and our clientele. A desire to strive for 100% accuracy and short turnaround times is necessary for success in this role.

Duties:  

  • Place new orders received from clients in TOA and SoftPro accurately
  • Distribute preliminary commitment policies to the customers once completed by the production team
  • Utilize the CRM to determine client preferences, sales representative and escrow contacts
  • Communicate professionally with clients and ensure they receive order confirmations
  • Work with the production team and retail title unit to ensure orders are placed correctly
  • Understand the relationship between a title & escrow company and lenders and real estate agents
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Attention to detail – proper grammar and spelling a must
  • Customer service oriented – good communication skills
  • Work is completed in a paperless environment – must be very comfortable with technology
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office 2007/2010, PDF conversion, and similar

Candidates must be tech savvy, possess excellent written and verbal skills, and be interested in working closely with a small, fun team. Basic knowledge of real estate, mortgage or title & escrow is a big plus!
